Arsenal finished the league phase of the Champions League on Wednesday, with 8 out of 8 wins. They now avoid the play-off round and advance to the knock-out round.
The mid-week victory offered some salve for the wound of last weekend’s loss. Possibly the most demoralizing moment of the season, it reduced the Gunners lead to 4 points in the Premier League.
Next up is Leeds away. A near perfect opportunity to get back to the business of winning the league. I don’t know about you, but I need a demonstrative show of force from the lads, resulting in a big fat W.
Then on Sunday, the Arsenal Women play in the FIFA Women’s Champions Cup. There’s not official BAG match gathering, but Maggie’s will be open and will put the match on, if there’s interest.
