Gooners,
Arsenal left Italy with a win Wednesday, but it was not easy pickings. The Gunners dominated with a myriad of real goal scoring chances, as they worked fervently to break down Napoli’s low block. But they only converted one opportunity, which thankfully was all it took.
I suspect we have a lot of this type of opposition to look forward to this season. As defending champs, everyone is coming for Arsenal and less talented teams will sit deep, daring them to score. Fully expect Sunderland to line up this way and Arsenal’s finishing must be more clinical.
