What the FA, Arsenal!

Yesterday’s revenge match against Liverpool ended 0-0. Arsenal dominated the first half without ever putting the ball in the net. Liverpool found their footing in the second half but neither side emerged victorious. For many Gooners (myself included), it was an unsatisfying missed opportunity. This Sunday, Arsenal continue pursuit of different silverware in the 3rdContinue reading “What the FA, Arsenal!”

The next big one

Arsenal started 2026 with a win at Bournemouth. Big Gabi notched an equalizing header, redeeming himself after his error led to their first score. Possible player of the season, Declan Rice got a brace in the second half to make it 1-3. Bournemouth would get a second but ultimately Arsenal saw the game out. Tomorrow,Continue reading “The next big one”

New year, new Arsenal

The Gunners exacted their revenge against Unai Emery’s Aston Villa for Arsenal’s last match of the year. Shifting gears in the second half, they put 4 past pantomime villain, Emi Martinez, before conceding a sloppy goal in stoppage time. Darkest before dawn

Thanks to the international break, we’ve been able dwell on Arsenal’s defeat at Anfield for almost two weeks. What a difference

What a difference a week makes. After a labored victory at Old Trafford, Arsenal bounced back to batter Leeds United, 5-0 at home. Saturday was a match of firsts, including Viktor Gyökeres first goal in the red and white. We also witnessed the Premier League debut of wunderkind, Max Dowman, who became the second-youngest playerContinue reading “What a difference”

This is your future

The fixture list for the 2025/2026 Premier League season was released this week. Arsenal start the season away at Old Trafford, followed by Leeds at home, and Liverpool away. The one constant for these and all matches this season, is we will gather at Maggie McGarry’s for every single one, regardless of kickoff time. ToContinue reading “This is your future”

Proud of the lads

Arsenal made a valiant effort Wednesday but our Champions League dream came to an end at the hands of a more clinical PSG side. For much of the match, the Gunners seemed the superior team in every way, except finishing. As hard as it is to finish another season without any silverware, I still loveContinue reading “Proud of the lads”
